Here's how it works  

 

When buying something from an eBay seller, you’ll check out on Sears as usual, but eBay will process your credit card. 

You’ll get order-confirmation emails from both Sears and eBay 

Find your order status and delivery date on your Sears Order Center. 

Problems with your order? No worries. Call eBay customer service at (866) 540-3229. They can help you with things like returns and exchanges.

You can resolve issues directly through your seller. They can help answer questions and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with the terms of their return policy.

Please note: Marketplace items cannot be returned or exchanged at Sears stores. They must be returned or exchanged through the seller.

For eBay Orders
If there’s a problem with your eBay order, contact eBay customer service at (866) 540-3229.

 

  1. Log in to your Sears.com account.
  2. Select Your Account > Your Orders right next to the search field.
  3. Find your order and select “view details”.
  4. Select “contact marketplace seller”.
  5. Choose a reason for contact from the dropdown list.
  6. Send.

f you’ve tried contacting your seller and their response was inadequate or it’s been at least two business days without a response, Sears can step in. Contact us through the Order Center.

Timeframe:

  1. Late Delivery: You can contact Sears up to 60 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
  2. Item is Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described
  • You must contact your seller within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Although you’ll complete your eBay order on Sears.com just like any other transaction, your credit card will be processed by eBay, and the name of your eBay seller will appear on your credit-card statement. eBay orders are fulfilled directly by the eBay seller.

 

Marketplace orders ship from the seller. Each seller sets their own shipping rates and policies.

 

It’s easy. Just log in to your profile and choose Your Orders.

Then, select the order and click the Cancel Items link.

If the Cancel Items link isn’t available, use the Contact Marketplace Seller link to send a cancelation request directly. Choose your reason for canceling, and then Send.

We’ll confirm your cancelation request and email you once it’s complete—usually in less than 24 hours.

For eBay Orders
To cancel an eBay order, contact eBay customer service at (866) 540-3229. Please have your order number ready, which you can find in your Order Confirmation email from eBay and in your Order Center.  

 

Log in to your Sears.com profile, go to Your Orders on the home page header and select Manage My Account. Your saved payment methods are at the bottom of the page. When you change this, the payment method will be changed for your orders. 

 

Log in to your Sears.com profile, go to Your Orders on the home page header and select Manage My Account. Your saved billing addresses are at the top of the page. When you change this, you can select your new billing address for your orders.
